Riverside Marketplace will have a household consignment area for gently used household items.
The Market is promoting sales of gently used items such as; furniture, small appliances, kitchen items, books, decorative items, lawn furniture and accessories, and other hidden treasures.
(NO CLOTHING WILL BE PERMITTED.)

The following guidelines will apply:

1.  Anyone interested in selling used items as the consignment area should contact the market
    manager with a list of items to be sold.
2. The market manager shall have the right to refuse any item based on space availability and
    condition of the items to be sold.
3.  All items must be clearly marked with a customer code which will be assigned by the market
    manager, brief description of itme and price.
4.  A commission of 25% will be paid to Riverside Market for all sales made and will be collected
    at the time of sale.
5.  It is the responsibility of the seller to move items into the consignment area of the Market.
6.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove items from the consignment area of the Market.
